Day 01: Bagdogra (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri (NJP) / Siliguri to  Kalimpong :

After arrival at IXB/NJP meets our representative and transfer to Kalimpong The distance between Siliguri to Kalimpong is 85kms and time takes 3 hours. Kalimpong another quiet hill station in Eastern Himalaya. Kalimpong is famous for its Orchids & Nurseries and some of the rarest cacti & Orchids can be seen. Oak, Maple and Chestnut stretch up the ridge as far as the eye can reach. Overnight in Kalimpong.

 

Day 02 : Kalimpong Sightseeing and transfer to Sillery Gaon :

Morning after breakfast followed half day sightseeing in & around Kalimpong covering Durpin Dhara, Zong Dong Palri Fo-Brong Monastery and flower & Orchid Nurseries Dr. Grahams Home, Delo View point and drive to Sillery Gaon. Afternoon free and enjoy the beauty of mighty Kanchenjunga. Changing colours of magical Kanchenjunga is simply mesmerizing. Day 03 : Sillery Gaon to Aritar :

After breakfast transfer to Aritar.  Aritar - a small village  isolated from the rest of the state is located in the East Sikkim, under Rongli Sub-Division is famous for its lush green forests, mountains and beautiful natural landscape. Some beautiful places in Aritar which can be worth visiting. Lampokhri, Aritar Monastery, Dak Bungalow, Parbateswar Shivalaya Mandir, Mankhim view point, etc can be visited during Aritar tour and surroundings.Evening free for individual activity and leisure. Overnight in Aritar.

 

Day  04 :  Aritar to Zuluk :

Morning after breakfast proceed to Zuluk. Before that all the permit proceedings have to be finished. The distance between Aritar to Dzuluk is 42 kms and time takes 2 hours.  Zuluk or Duluk is situated at an altitude of 10,000 ft of sea level and has a primitive charm. Zuluk is an abode of peace. Zuluk  perched on the rugged terrain of the lower Himalayas in East Sikkim is a hamlet close to Indo-China border. Zuluk is located on the famous Old-Silk-Route. Zuluk is a relatively new offbeat destination of Sikkim and has a primitive charm. On the way to Dzuluk  tour to some places like Rongli, Lingtam and Padamchen are worth visit. Evening free for individual activity and leisure.  Overnight in Zuluk.

 

Day  05 :  Zuluk to Gangtok :

Very early morning visit  Sunrise point, called Ganek in Zuluk. After breakfast proceed to Gangtok. The distance between Zuluk to Gangtok is 161  kms and time takes 5 hours. On the way visit Thambi View Point, Lungthang, Kalipokhri Lake, Old Baba Mandir, Nathang Valley, Tukla Valley, Menmecho Lake, elephant Lake or Hati Lake, Kupup, Jelep-la, New Baba Mandir, Tsongo Lake or Changu Lake. Overnight in Gangtok .

 

Day 06 : Gangtok local Sightseeing :

After breakfast visit Banjhakri Water Park, Ranka Monastery, Chortan, Stupa, Institute of Tibetology Num Num View Point, Institute of Handicrafts and Handlooms, Bartuk Water falls, Tashi view Point (sunset effect on Mt. Statutory Information For Zuluk Tour 

•  Zuluk  is situated at an altitude of around 9400 ft above the sea level. And during Old Silk Route Tour visitors have to negotiate 13,500 ft, which is Nathang Valley’s height. So, if any one has any kind of               breathing problems, then he/she better have a Physician’s view before venture out for Silk Route Tour

•  It is advisable to carry a portable Oxygen Cylinder ( If possible). Because sometimes physically fit person also need  some help for Oxygen

•  It is advisable not to take child below 5 Years to the Silk Route Tour.

•  Zuluk  locates at the extended Tibet Valley and weather is sometimes very harsh. So, it is advisable to carry enough warm clothing  during the time of Zuluk visit. And specially for winter. During Winter maximum time Sub-Zero temperature prevails in Zuluk

• Zuluk is remotely located and no medical facility is available here. So, visitors must carry their regular medicines along with some basic medicines , i.e. altitude sickness, headache, dysentery, fever etc.

• Visitors should carry Torch Light, Candle, Match Box/Lighter, Power Bank, Charger etc. As remotely located, Zuluk very often faces Power Cuts for Long time

• Please do not expect any luxury while travelling  in Silk Route. Accommodations are basic and Food is very normal

•  Mobile connectivity is very much poor.
